This week, Pastor's sermon, entitled "Gone but Not Forgotten", was over the parables in Luke 15. He told us that those who are lost and very valuable to God, but we so easily push them away. Also, when you are in a mindset of sin, sun will take you further than you want to go and drain you of all your resources. When God sees you from a long way off, he recognizes you even while you are covered in sin and is quicker to get to you than you to him. Many times, those in the church believe they must work to gain appreciation from God when we infact have inherited God's kingdom. Pastor then encouraged us to have the passion to find the lost people and celebrate with them, instead of being indifferent to their salvation.
