This week Elder Marshal preached his sermon, "Looking at Jesus and Still Confused", on John 7:43. He asked us to reflect on why there is confusion surrounding Jesus. He told us it is because Jesus reveals what's wrong in us and the world and we don't want to hear it. But, Jesus was sent to pull us out of confusion and link you to the Father, who wants you to connect with someone else. Elder AJ also told us that Jesus wants to hydrate you with his word that quenches the brain and soul. Jesus wants your burden to be light. Study His word, go where other Christians are going, and change your technique.
